1. Your order

Procedure:
• Select the desired article
• Add this article to your shopping basket.
• At checkout you will be redirected to the data entry and then to the
payment site.
• You choose your payment method and your order is placed.
• You will receive an e-mail for confirmation.
www.persca.be cannot be held liable for the consequences of incorrect data input by the customer. As a customer you are responsible for all shipments of www.persca.be that arrive at your home or the delivery address provided. In order to prevent any abuse, we advise you to contact us immediately in case of changes in address information. www.persca.be reserves the right to accept or refuse placed orders. The reason for the refusal will be communicated to the customer on simple request.
There is a valid agreement between you and www.persca.be when mwww.persca.be receives a confirmation of your order on its website. The administration of www.persca.be counts as proof of the Assignments and Payments made by you to www.persca.be and from the Deliveries made to you by www.persca.be.www.persca.be recognizes that electronic communication can serve as proof. By placing an order you accept the conditions and you acknowledge this as well.

2. Delivery and delivery time

The ordered goods will be delivered as soon as possible after finishing the online ordering process to the delivery address provided. We advise you to specify a delivery address at which someone is present during the office hours. This can possibly be the address of a neighbour, one family member or your work. www.persca.be does its utmost to ensure that you receive your product as soon as possible. The delivery time depends on the purchased product, and is hereby mentioned separately, or determined after consultation. If this period is exceeded or the article is no longer available, the customer and he has the right to cancel the order without any charge. www.persca.be cannot be held responsible for any delays. www.Persca.be ensures that your goods are packed as good as possible when they are shipped. If items still appear to be damaged on arrival, please notify us within 48 hours of receipt by email:

3. Payment

Payment always takes place in EURO. The payments can be made via the webshop. www.persca.be is not responsible for possible additional costs arising from bank charges. The online monitoring and reservation of your accounts will take place upon acceptance of your order by www.persca.be . We ensure that your credit line is only made debited from the actual shipment of the articles. The articles always remain the property of www.persca.be until they were fully reimbursed, including shipping costs and VAT. The sale of our goods is fully subject to the Belgian law and any disputes will be settled by Belgian courts in Antwerp.

4. Exchange and Return

The statutory renunciation period:
“The consumer has the right to inform the seller that he is abandoning the purchase without payment of a fine and without giving any reason, this within fourteen working days from the day following the delivery of the product or the closing of the service contract. “
You can return the item within 2 working days from the day after receipt of your article, if not your right will expire. The items for return serve in their to be in original condition and to be in the original packaging. You must inform us via a registered letter of your intention to use your statutory right of withdrawal. This registered letter must not be motivated but in order to be able to offer a better service, we ask you to provide us the reasons of return. You should inform us in an unambiguous way that you make use of your right of withdrawal.
Furthermore, the articles must not show signs of use (wear traces). After a short verification of the returned items, we will refund your order (excluding shipping costs).
With a return, the shipping costs are charged to the customer.
Soldering articles, discounted items and last pieces may not be exchanged or returned.

The costs and the risk of the return shipment are at the expense of the customer. Unfortunately, www.persca.be cannot accept liability for the loss or for any damage to the goods upon return. So it is in your own interest to return the goods by registered post. www.persca.be can refuse returned items or refuse any  refund when the goods were used or when the products were damaged by the customer.

www.persca.be does everything to protect your data. Your data will therefore be treated confidentially and will only be communicated to companies, which are part of www.persca.be.You always have the right to look into your data, correct errors or have your data removed from us file.
